Just ask yourself. Would the winning side in a war that has been going on for 3+ months really need to offer hundreds of billions of isk to the logistics directors of their opponents to offline towers for them?

No hard-proof has been provided, but with these types of things, hard-proof is often difficult to come by. The fact they never log in, though, is somewhat telling.
For those that read Russian, there is supposed a sperge thread on RU Caod where the money man behind Red Overlord goes off on having multiple Titan and Dread accounts banned for real money transfers. He then talks about how he's selling thousands of time cards to buy replacement Titan and dread accounts.
Or, do like Dungar said and friends list their Titan pilots. I haven't seen any of the Red Overlord Titans since the first few weeks of this war. I also haven't seen more than 4 or 5 Red Overlord dreads at one time since their Titans disappeared.

Not much. ITT -A- have redefined victory in the war as taking a few moons from us in Esoteria while everything burns down around them in Detorid. The Goal posts...they do keep a moving. On the upside, per Evil Thug himself, they now have 2 new spies to replace the one they burned.
We can't catch a break.
